Returns are only accepted if the item sent does not match the description OR if the item fails to work as was promised in the item
description. Items sold AS IS are not returnable. Please read the item
description carefully, and email us with any questions you may have
before making your purchase. What may be important to you as a
collector may not be obvious to us.
Please email us prior to returning any purchase, in order to obtain a Return Authorization number. Items that are returned without a return authorization number WILL NOT be refunded. Returns must be received within 30 days of receipt of your order.
Will Shipping Charges Be
Refunded?
The shipping and handling costs that were charged when you placed your
order are not refundable, unless an error was made on the part of The
Grand Toy Wizard Store. If returning an item, you must do so at your
own expense.
Where Do I Send My Return?
Please write your return authorization number and the reason for return on the back of the packing slip which accompanied your order (or a copy of it) and send it, together with the merchandise being returned, to:

If you no longer have your packing slip, please write your name and
order number on a separate piece of paper and include it, your return authorization number, and the
reasons for the return, in your package.
The Grand Toy Wizard is not responsible for lost or damaged returns. We
therefore recommend that you pack the item well and return your
merchandise by insured Parcel Post.
When Will I Get My Refund?
Upon receipt of the return, we will process your refund and notify you
by Email (if a valid Email address was supplied with your order) once
done. If payment was by Paypal, the refund will be sent to the Paypal
account that made the initial payment. If payment was by money order, a
refund check will be issued to you within two (2) days of receipt of
the returned product, and sent by regular postal service via Canada
Post.
