Canada range from 5 to 14 business days. Delays may occur due

delivers the next day locally and regionally, and 2 business days
nationally between most
major Canadian centres. Service standards are
based on the day of deposit (day 0) plus the

the
weather, your location, the time of year, and the
mail system.

up to 1 kilogram (approx 2.2 lbs). Small packet rate includes insurance coverage
against loss or damage up to $100CDN. Delivery time for small packet
surface mail to the USA is approximately
7 to 14 business days. Please note that business days do not including
holidays, Saturdays, or Sundays. Delays may occur due to customs, the
weather, the time of year, your location, and the
mail system. Small
packet surface mail is only
available to locations within the lower 48 States.

INTERNATIONAL
SHIPPING
All orders shipped internationally will be shipped via Canada
Post air mail,
to ensure speedy delivery. Orders up to 2 kg (approx 4.4 lbs) include
coverage of up to $100 Canadian against loss or damage. The maximum
package weight for international orders is 2 kgs. At this time, the
only trackable options are Xpresspost and Purolator Courier. If you
require tracking or additional insurance coverage, please email for a
personalized quote.
At this time, we
ship to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Greenland, Hong Kong, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Japan, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand,
Norway, Singapore, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom. Due to customs regulations, we will not ship used articles of clothing or bedding to Greece, Spain, or Turkey.

business days (not including holidays, Saturdays, or Sundays). Delays
may occur due to customs, the weather, your location, and the mail
system. If you require guaranteed on-time delivery, please email for an
Xpresspost or Courier Rate.
LOST
PACKAGES
While it happens rarely, packages sent via Postal Mail are
occasionally lost in transit.
For deliveries sent by Xpresspost, claims can
be submitted within 1-2 days after the anticipated delivery arrival
date.
For deliveries sent by surface or air mail, the Post Office
requires a minimum of 45 business days from the
date of mailing before a shipment can be deemed as lost in
transit and a claim submitted.
We apologize in advance for any inconvenience due to the delay
if your shipment goes missing, but we are bound by the Post Office
rules and regulations.
DAMAGED
PACKAGES
Most packages sent by the Grand Toy Wizard Store include insurance
against damage. However, coverage against damage is NOT available on
glass, ceramic, or perishable items. If your package has been damaged
during shipment, please contact us immediately. We will work with you
and with Canada Post to help resolve the situation.
CUSTOMS
For shipments to destinations outside of Canada, you
will be responsible for any customs or import duties or taxes that may
be levied by your country, as well as any customs clearance and/or
brokerage charges. Customs policies vary widely from
country to country. Please contact your local customs office for
further information.
All orders shipped by The Grand Toy Wizard Store to
destinations outside of Canada will contain a packing slip noting the
package's contents and value. If the order is a gift, it will be noted
as such on the declaration, but the content and cost of the item(s)
must still be declared.
PACKAGING
& HANDLING STANDARDS
There is a $1.00 handling charge on all Xpresspost and Expedited Parcel
shipments. This nominal charge helps to offset our packaging costs.
Whenever possible, we ship using environmentally-friendly, recyclable
and/or reuseable packing materials. This means we also re-use what we
have salvaged from previous shipments. It may not make for the
prettiest package in your mailbox, but it definitely makes for a
prettier world (and in no way reflects on the quality of the contents
or the quality of the packaging).
When you receive a shipment from us, please take the next step and
reuse or recycle whatever you can. Thank you!
